Job Opportunity: Ad Campaign Strategist

About the Role:

  • We're looking for a skilled professional to take charge of strategizing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms. This includes planning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with creative teams to build high-performing campaigns and develop targeted ad creatives that resonate with our audience.
  2. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per lead (CPL) using data-driven insights.
  3. Conduct A/B testing on audience segments, landing pages, and ad creatives to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  5. Stay updated with trends and updates in digital advertising platforms to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of paid media key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rate (CTR), ROAS, cost per click (CPC), and CPL.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
  • Experience working in a creative/digital agency environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
