Job Opportunity

We are hiring an Ad Strategist and Media Buyer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta and Google.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a proven track record of delivering high-return-on-ad-spend campaigns.

You will work closely with the creative and strategy team to deliver impactful results for our clients.

  • Develop end-to-end paid campaign strategies and execute them efficiently
  • Collaborate with the design/copy team to create engaging ad creatives
  • Manage budgets, A/B tests, and campaign scaling
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actions

A strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling is essential for this role.

Familiarity with Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager (GTM), and data analysis tools is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta and Google
  • Build and execute funnel strategies aligned with client goals
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead, conversion rate, return on ad spend, and optimize daily
  • Collaborate with the design/copy team to develop ad creatives and angles
  • Manage campaign budgets, A/B tests, and campaign scaling
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actions
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Proven track record of delivering high-ROAS campaigns
  • Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and campaign scaling
  • Proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Familiarity with GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong copy/creative sense: hooks, CTAs, ad formats
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven
