Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead to manage and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms, as well as strong command of performance marketing metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, funnels, attribution models.
  • Able to lead and mentor junior marketers, ensuring accountability and growth.
  • Experience in scaling campaigns and handling large budgets successfully is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be able to analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities, cost optimizations, and scaling strategies. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies is essential.

Requirements:
  • Strong command of performance marketing metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, funnels, attribution models
  • Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
  • Experience in scaling campaigns and handling large budgets successfully
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, tracking setups (pixels, tags, GTM)
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior marketers, ensuring accountability and growth
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies
