Assistant Professor - FinTech & Business Analytics

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced academic professional to join our team as an Assistant Professor in FinTech and Business Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, curriculum development, research, industry collaboration, and innovation.

About the Role:

  • Teaching & Curriculum Development: Deliver lectures at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in subjects such as FinTech, Blockchain in Finance, Artificial Intelligence in Business, Financial Modeling, Data Analytics for Business, Python/R for Finance, etc.
  • Research & Publications: Engage in high-impact research, publish in reputed UGC CARE/Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals, participate and present papers at national and international conferences.
  • Industry Collaboration & Consulting: Build industry connections in the FinTech, banking, and analytics sectors, facilitate guest lectures, internships, and consultancy projects.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Introduce emerging topics, lead or contribute to the development of labs or centers of excellence in FinTech/Analytics.

Key Qualifications:

  • MBA (with specialization in Finance, FinTech, or Business Analytics)
  • Ph.D. in Data Science/FinTech/Business Analytics
