Role Overview

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will lead the overall technology vision, product architecture, and engineering delivery across our HealthTech, FinTech, and TravelTech verticals. This is a strategic role requiring a hands-on leader who can drive innovation, build world-class teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities HealthTech Leadership

- Oversee the architecture and development of Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS), Telemedicine platforms, Wellness & Preventive Care apps, and Patient Data Security modules.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, NABH, GDPR) and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).

FinTech Leadership

- Lead design and deployment of secure platforms for mutual fund distribution, wealth management, and embedded finance.
- Drive integrations with payment gateways, KYC/AML frameworks, and regulatory APIs (SEBI, BSE, NPCI).

TravelTech Leadership

- Guide development of travel booking engines, hotel and flight APIs, itinerary management systems, and personalized travel AI bots.
- Collaborate with partners like Amadeus, Galileo, and IRCTC for seamless tech integration.

Strategic Tech Leadership

- Define and implement the company's technical vision and product roadmap.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to maintain competitive edge.
- Represent technology in Board-level and strategic investor discussions.

Engineering & Product Oversight

- Establish engineering best practices, Agile/DevOps culture, and robust QA systems.
- Lead cross-functional product and tech teams from design to delivery.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Security & Scalability

- Implement robust cybersecurity policies, including data encryption, penetration testing, and disaster recovery.
- Ensure all platforms are scalable, modular, and high-performance under enterprise loads.

Qualifications

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field; MBA or executive program from top-tier B-school is a plus.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive technology leadership experience.
- Strong background in product development, system architecture, and scaling tech operations.
- Deep domain knowledge in at least two of the following: HealthTech, FinTech, TravelTech.
- Proven ability to lead teams of 50+ engineers across geographies.
- Hands-on experience with modern tech stack: MERN/MEAN, Python, Java, Flutter, React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL, etc.
