Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary CTO to join as a Co-Founder and lead our technology strategy and development. You will build scalable, secure, and innovative tech solutions while working closely with the founding team to shape product direction, tech stack, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall technology strategy in line with the company's vision.
  • Build and scale our EdTech platform (web and mobile) from the ground up.
  • Lead product architecture, backend/frontend development, database management, and integration with AI-based tools or LMS.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing tech team.
  • Collaborate with product, academic, and operations teams to deliver seamless learning experiences.
  • Ensure platform performance, data security, and compliance with EdTech standards.
  • Represent the technology vision in investor discussions and pitch decks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of overall experience in software/product development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in EdTech platforms.
  • Strong hands-on skills in React.js, Node.js, Python/Django, MySQL/PostgreSQL, AWS/GCP, and scalable architectures.
  • Solid understanding and application of AI/ML tools and frameworks in EdTech or adaptive learning.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution.
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with immediate deliverables.
  • Passionate about education, innovation, and user-centric design.
