At Meechu, we are building India's most loved baby care brand – a brand rooted in science, trust, affordability, and cuteness. Backed by Saharsh Pharma's legacy and powered by a strong R&D focus, Meechu is ready to disrupt the baby care market that is cluttered, overpriced, and fragmented.

We are looking for a Co-Founder – a partner who shares our vision, hunger, and passion to scale Meechu into a household name across India and beyond.

This is not a job. This is an opportunity to build something iconic from the ground up.

What You'll Do

- Work closely with the founding team to define and drive company vision, strategy, and growth roadmap.
- Take ownership of one or more verticals – Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance – depending on expertise.
- Build and lead high-performing teams aligned to Meechu's culture.
- Forge strategic partnerships with platforms, distributors, investors, and stakeholders.
- Help shape fundraising strategy and investor relations as we scale.
- Be the face of Meechu – inspiring trust among parents, employees, and the ecosystem.
- Balance affordability with aspiration to ensure Meechu reaches every Indian home.

What We're Looking For

- Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who thinks like an owner, not an employee.
- 6–12 years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Brands, Pharma, or E-commerce.
- Strong expertise in at least one of: Brand Building, Sales, Digital Commerce, Operations, or Fundraising.
- Hands-on and hustle-driven – willing to roll up sleeves and do what it takes.
- Proven ability to scale teams/businesses.
- A natural leader and culture builder.
- Most importantly: deep belief in the Meechu mission – bringing science, love, and affordability together for baby care.
