Job Title: Senior Client Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our retail operations team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our store, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.

The primary focus of this role is building and managing relationships with high net worth (HNI) clients, closing high-value jewelry sales, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end ownership of the store, encompassing sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with HNI clients and delivering exceptional sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Leading by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
