The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in premium sales, with expertise in handling high-end residential projects priced ₹3 Cr and above.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end sales of premium residential projects (₹3 Cr+)

Engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and convert prospects into successful sales

Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and consistent communication

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with marketing and management teams for strategic sales initiatives

Requirements:

8–10 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury/premium segments

Strong ability to sell high-ticket properties (₹3 Cr+)

Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Marketing-related fields

Strong network and client-handling expertise in the Bangalore real estate market

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth
