Job Title: Luxury Sales and Brand Strategy Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior sales and brand strategy professional to champion our presence across national and international platforms. This is a hybrid role that blends sales leadership with brand custodianship, requiring strategic thinking and hands-on implementation.

  • Sales & Partnerships:
    • Proactively identify and engage potential clients, institutions, and buyers through personalized outreach and curated engagement strategies.
    • Curate a list of high-alignment industry professionals; lead 1:1 conversations and design immersive experiences or events for engagement.
    • Research and lead outreach and placement efforts with national and international galleries aligned with our ethos.
    • Research acquisition opportunities and initiate conversations with relevant departments and curators.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategies.
  2. Engage with architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders.
  3. Place our products in top galleries and museums.
  4. Pursue museum acquisitions and distribution partnerships.
  5. Foster collaborations and represent our brand.
  6. Nurture inbound sales relationships.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or brand strategy.
  • A strong understanding of the luxury market and design world.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
