Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Technical Support Specialist to perform technical tasks and provide support services.

This role involves providing first-level technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing and qualifying technical requests, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
  • Knowledge of common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
