System Operations Professional

Job Description:

The role involves troubleshooting and resolving system issues, performing system maintenance including IPL and hardware upgrades, collaborating with infrastructure and application teams, analyzing dumps and debugging software issues. The professional must have expertise in z/OS operations and tools, strong command over JCL, SMP/E, and storage utilities, exposure to BCP/DR activities and mainframe DevOps.
