System Operations Specialist

Ambitious Professionals Sought for System Operations Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, Configure and Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage cross-technology administration, scripting and monitoring automation to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Incident Management Expertise: Focus on swift service restoration, maintaining service levels and eliminating backlogs for all assigned clients.
  • CAB/Change Process: Ensure efficient handling of change requests as per laid out processes for assigned clients.
  • Escalation Point: Act as second escalation point and manager of Severity 1 incidents, including internal and client communications.
Technical Experience:
  • 6 to 10 years in IT infrastructure environment with E2E service management operations experience and team management exposure.
  • Proven track record in E2E Service Management Operations.
  • Strong reporting skills.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification a plus.
Professional Attributes:
  • Hands-on experience in multi-client environments.
  • Automation initiatives background.
  • Service NOW expertise.

Essential Skills: Incident Management, Infrastructure Service Management. Strong knowledge and experience in Service Operations, including but not limited to - Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis, Temporary Fix/Workaround vs Permanent Fix, Change Management, Ticket Lifecycle and Queue Management.
