System Operations Expertise

We are seeking a skilled System Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining complex IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Install, configure, and manage high availability clusters ensuring seamless performance.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced support for system incidents and problems, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, implement best practices for resource allocation and management, and conduct capacity planning and scaling.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement security policies, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks and deployments using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation of the IT environment and processes, provide training and mentorship to junior administrators, and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in IT operations, 3+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Linux administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), containerization technologies, scripting languages, and CI/CD tools.
  • Certification: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or equivalent certification.
