Linux Server Administration

We are seeking a skilled and proactive server administrator with 4–8 years of experience in managing Linux-based environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in delivering technical support for Linux servers, ensuring compliance with customer service level agreements.

The server administrator will be responsible for performing daily compute operations including incident management, service requests, change requests, and root cause analysis. They will also manage the full server lifecycle: installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and decommissioning of physical and virtual servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Level 3 technical support for Linux server environments.
  • Perform daily compute operations including incident management, service requests, change requests, and root cause analysis.
  • Manage the full server lifecycle: installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and decommissioning.
  • Conduct performance testing, system tuning, and troubleshooting for server-related issues.

Additional responsibilities include administering storage operations using NetApp NFS, handling OS image maintenance and patch management, configuring and rolling out server monitoring and alerts, and documenting infrastructure services and procedures.
