Linux System Engineer

As a seasoned Linux system engineer, you will oversee the stability and performance of our Linux systems.

  • Identify and resolve complex system issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security of Linux environments.
  • Develop support procedures and best practices for Linux systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Perl, or other automation tools is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with virtualization (KVM, VMware) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 6 years of experience in a Linux support role are required, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
