We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Project Manager to lead project delivery teams, onboard talented professionals, and ensure successful project completions for diverse clientele.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading multiple customer-driven telecom projects, focusing on delivering solutions utilizing cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.

  • Lead project timelines, budgets, scope, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and meet client expectations.
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of specialists in software development, cloud solutions, and embedded systems, ensuring optimal team composition and performance.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge in the latest telecom technologies.

Implement best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps to enhance infrastructure and application deployment strategies specific to telecom environments.

  • Guide the team in adopting new technologies and methodologies to improve project outcomes.
  • Work closely with technical leads to ensure architectural and operational requirements are integrated into project plans.

Act as the primary liaison between the company and the client, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication of project progress.

Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and converting them into project goals and deliverables.
