We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Architect to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies for mobile telecom applications.
This individual will ensure the efficiency and scalability of test automation processes across functional and non-functional testing efforts.
They will select appropriate automation tools, drive development of test scripts, and maintain the automation framework.
The Test Automation Architect will work closely with the test teams to improve test efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Test Automation Frameworks:
- Create robust test automation frameworks for telco systems, including OSS/BSS, billing, CRM, and network monitoring applications.
- Evaluate and Select Tools and Technologies:
- Evaluate and select tools and technologies that align with the telecom SDLC.
- Define Automation Strategies:
- Define the test automation strategy and identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Test Leads and Domain SMEs:
- Identify automation opportunities and prioritize test cases for automation.
- Develop and Maintain Automation Scripts:
- Develop and maintain high-quality automated test scripts.
- Guide the Team:
- Ensure test script reliability and maintainability following best practices.
- Integrate Automated Tests into CI/CD Pipeline:
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous testing.
- Optimize Test Scripts for Performance and Efficiency:
- Optimize test scripts for performance and efficiency.
- Identify and Resolve Performance Bottlenecks:
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the automation framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in Test Automation Tools:
- Experience in using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Experience Automating Tests for Mobile Telco Systems:
- Experience in automating tests for mobile telco systems.
- Proficiency in Scripting Languages:
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of DevOps Practices:
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
