About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Telecom AI Expert to join our team. In this role, you will cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations, providing expert advice on how AI and machine learning technologies can address complex business challenges.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that drive innovation and business growth. Your deep knowledge of AI trends will enable you to bring cutting-edge solutions to the table, from predictive maintenance and network optimization to customer personalization and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations.
  2. Develop AI/ML-driven solutions that address client pain points and drive business growth.
  3. Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI solutions within existing client accounts.
  4. Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/ML solutions, from pre-sales through to post-sales support.
  5. AI/ML Expertise: Stay on the cutting edge of AI and machine learning trends.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, product, and support teams to tailor AI solutions that meet client needs.
  7. Client Advocacy & Support: Advocate for client needs within the organization, ensuring their feedback and concerns are addressed.
  8. Performance Monitoring & ROI: Measure the success and impact of AI solutions for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Expertise: AI, Machine Learning, Telecommunications, Cloud Computing, and Big Data Analytics.

Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related field.
