
Freelance Sales Growth Specialist

Are you a results-driven professional looking for a challenging opportunity to grow with a dynamic organization?
We are seeking a Business Development Partner to help us expand our client base. This freelance role is fully remote, commission-only, and offered on a 6-month contract.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify key decision-makers within software/tech companies
- B build relationships that lead to pre-onboarding calls with our founder
- P present our QA service packages with confidence and professionalism
- M manage outreach across multiple channels
- D develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
This is not a quick-win sales role. We are seeking serious professionals who understand client acquisition and value building long-term business relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build trusted client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, client-facing tone)
- Results-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with software/technology sectors (preferred, not essential)
Benefits:
- Commission-only: starting at 10% of closed deals, with potential for higher tiers based on performance
- Payments released once Quntic receives client funds (clear, transparent process)
- 6 month freelance contract, with renewal opportunities for high performers
