Senior Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a senior marketing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid campaigns across multiple channels.

Your primary focus will be on driving growth, brand awareness, and lead generation through sharp, creative, and accountable execution. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Mixpanel.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including clear KPIs (CAC, CTR, CPL, booking rate).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in fast-paced environments with lean budgets and tight deadlines.
  • A strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in social media advertising, search engine marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative sensibility, with the ability to develop innovative ideas and compelling storytelling.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
