Job Title: Urban Growth Leader

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive urban growth and development in their assigned city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • City Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expansion in the city, identifying opportunities for patient referrals and sales growth.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve target sales, ensure field effectiveness, and professional development.
  • Patient Engagement: Drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
  • Revenue Management: Set revenue goals and manage the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Market Feedback: Provide continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to refine our lending solutions.
  • Lending Operations: Ensure smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders.
  • Financial Performance: Take ownership of the city-level P&L, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.
