Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at StaidLogic. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing HR operations on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement employee benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate and verify Form I-9 and E-Verify completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information and training.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely reports to management on HR-related metrics and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on operations and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in HR or related field.
  • Experience with ADP or other HR software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
