What will you get to do?
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team with a focus on building early talent capability through outreach programs in colleges, universities, and communities. This internship will provide a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, ultimately leading to involvement in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and other HR activities
Overview
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to develop and implement outreach initiatives aimed at attracting early talent. You will also assist in various HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach Programs : Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with students and potential candidates at colleges and universities.
Talent Acquisition Support : Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Onboarding Assistance : Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Event Participation : Represent the HR department at career fairs and networking events to promote the company's brand and attract talent.
Administrative Tasks : Maintain employee records, assist with scheduling interviews, and support the HR team with various administrative duties.
Data Management : Help manage HR databases and prepare reports related to recruitment metrics and outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in talent acquisition and early career development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
