Treasury Management Specialist: A Key Position in Financial Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Treasury Management Specialist to fill this role, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile corporate bank accounts daily as part of cash management process, ensuring accurate records and compliance with treasury policies.
  • Review and prepare weekly cash reporting for distribution, providing insights into our financial position.
  • Escalate unresolved issues related to store deposit accounts with banks, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Prepare monthly cash, deferred financing, and treasury accrual journal entries, accurately capturing financial transactions.
  • Enter journal entries into NetSuite, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Administer online banking and credit card portals, managing access and permissions securely.
  • Compile and upload files for monthly compliance reporting to Wingspire, ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Review account analysis for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with banks, upholding high standards of financial integrity.
  • Order bank supplies for stores as needed, streamlining operations and reducing costs.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in financial principles and practices.
  • 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or a similar finance role, showcasing expertise and a proven track record.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, ACH/wire processes, and cash flow management, enabling effective decision-making and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and JPM Access preferred, highlighting technical skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills, allowing for accurate data analysis and insightful reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ensuring efficient and effective task completion.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality, upholding high standards of professional conduct.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting, facilitating seamless collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
