Senior Customer Support Administrator

Applicantz is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Administrator to join our team. This is a long-term contract position with one of the largest, global technology leaders in the industry.

The ideal candidate will provide support to Program Managers, ensuring the successful execution of programs. Under their leadership, they will perform a wide range of tasks to drive overall program goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer or service-focused administrative environment2. A degree-level qualification and high English language proficiency3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Customer Support Administrator will be responsible for:1. Processing software license requests for partners on a daily basis2. Providing superior support and service to all partners on various day-to-day matters3. Updating public-facing Autodesk App Store fronts4. Assisting with new partner application processes5. Administering databases of existing ADN partners6. Maintaining high data quality7. Managing special projects8. Liaising with internal teams9. Analyzing member databases for mailing lists and other information10. Serving as the primary point of contact between ADN partners and Applicantz.
