About AGM-Supply:
The AGM-Supply role plays a pivotal part in developing and managing relationships with vendor partners like corporate catering companies and restaurants on behalf of GoKhana. The primary objective is to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality vendor partners for corporate cafeterias, food courts, events, meetings, conferences, food festivals, and other activities.
This position is critical in managing relationships with vendor partners to deliver top-notch services that meet client needs and contribute to the success of GoKhana and its partner vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Vendor Onboarding: Identify and onboard new vendor partners that align with business standards and requirements.
- Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with existing vendor partners to ensure ongoing collaboration.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendor partners to secure favorable arrangements for both parties.
- Quality Monitoring: Monitor the quality of products and services provided by vendor partners to ensure they meet or exceed expectations.
- Main Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact between the organization and vendor partners.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics such as sales data and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of vendor partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure vendor partners adhere to relevant regulations, food safety standards, contractual obligations, and conduct regular inspections.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues or disputes between the organization and vendor partners in a timely and effective manner.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand the organization's vendor partner network and enhance overall experience.
- Incident Management: Prepare for incidents through backup vendor identification and alignment.
- Culinary Expertise: Possess a deep understanding and knowledge of menu management, cafeteria operations, allocation, and deployment of the right vendors according to requirements.
- Operational Planning: Create structured plans to close operational, culinary, production plan, and vendor partner manpower management gaps.
- P&L Statement Preparation: Prepare profit and loss statements for vendor partners.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- 6-8 years of proven experience in F&B vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
- Ability to travel for work.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent business acumen.
- Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated salary range for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location factors.
