About AGM-Supply:
The AGM-Supply plays a crucial role in managing relationships with vendor partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of clients and contribute to the success of GoKhana and its Vendor Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new vendor partners that align with business standards and requirements.
- Nurture relationships with existing vendor partners to ensure ongoing collaboration.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendor partners to secure favorable arrangements.
- Monitor the quality of products and services provided by vendor partners to ensure they meet or exceed expectations.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the organization and vendor partners.
- Analyze performance metrics such as sales data and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of vendor partnerships.
- Ensure vendor partners adhere to relevant regulations, food safety standards, and contractual obligations.
- Resolve issues or disputes between the organization and catering partners in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop strategies to expand the organization's vendor partner network and enhance overall experience.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelors or Masters in any discipline.
- 6-8 years of proven experience in F&B vendor management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
- The ability to travel for work.
- Excellent Business Acumen.
- Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum
