Strategic Partnership Specialist

**Job Overview**
Fireside Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our Corporate Development team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including Private Equity funds, large strategics, investment banks, and research houses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare relevant materials for respective stakeholders.
- Communicate and align with portfolio companies, internal teams, and external advisors on capital raising activities, progress, and critical milestones.
- Support the team during fund raise and exits of portfolio companies across various aspects.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, private equity, or VC.
- Prior experience in M&A, transaction advisory, or corporate development is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and presentations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to collaborate across teams and be a team player.
