At ATRIOS Consulting, we are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's partnerships with Foundations, Philanthropies, Multilaterals, and Bi-Laterals. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Development and senior program leads to conceptualize multi-year program partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of budgets as they relate to proposals and grants. S/He will be responsible for researching and identifying prospective bilateral, foundation, HNI, and corporate funders, while maintaining confidentiality in relationships with major donors and High Net worth Individuals.

We require a Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, public administration, public policy, or other directly relevant fields. The candidate should have more than 10 years of work experience in the not-for-profit sector, with prior experience in fundraising, business development, constructing funding proposals, and RFPs.

A strong knowledge of Climate change, Gender, and Public health sectors would be considered a significant advantage.
