Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnerships and opportunities.
  • Generate leads and manage sales pipelines to maximize revenue growth.
Relationship Building & Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and loyalty.
Sales & Marketing:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales proposals and strategies.
Other Important Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide feedback and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage sales channels and develop new partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or finance.
  • 2-4 years of prior industry experience in business development and partnerships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Focused and goal-oriented mindset to achieve business objectives.
