Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a customer care representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

You will research industrial and non-industrial projects across India to identify potential clients. Your role will involve finding the correct person to reach through self-research and passing information through operators or receptionists.

Understand customer needs and requirements is crucial in this position. You will route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Acquiring data through self-research and portals, finding missing information on names, numbers, emails, and requirements through internet browsing, calling, and converting attempts into enquiry leads is also an essential part of this job.

Additionally, you will maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Performing effective online demos to prospects is also required.

Requirements:

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
  • Minimum of 1 year experience (preferably in sales & calling domain together)
  • Proficient with corporate productivity tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English is a must)
