Responsibilities

  1. Initiate Outbound Calls: You will initiate outbound calls to prospects with the aim of introducing skincare products.
  2. Effective Communication: Engage in effective and persuasive communication to highlight the value proposition.
  3. Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective telephonic selling.
  4. Consultative Selling: Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  6. Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
  7. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system.
  9. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
