Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients, addressing their queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service, adhering to process workflows, scripts, and quality standards.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in any stream, with a strong academic background.
  • 2-4 years of experience in US voice process/customer support, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software, with experience in utilizing these systems to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work night shifts, meeting performance metrics and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
