Dispute Resolution Specialist

ADCI HYD 13 SEZ is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispute Analyst to join our team. As a Dispute Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and resolving disputes related to AR billing. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of disputes and provide exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
•Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve disputes related to AR billing, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
•Communication: Follow-up with internal teams via emails and calls to ensure timely resolution of disputes and maintain open communication channels.
•Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process by identifying areas of improvement.
•Reconciliation: Reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Requirements
•Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Studies or other related areas
•3 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivables or other customer-facing department experience
•Ability to provide exceptional customer experience
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•Good interpersonal skills and team player
•Ability to take initiatives, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize workload
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
