Business Development Specialist

AidNix is a fast-growing healthtech startup based in Jaipur. We make doctor consultations, lab tests, and medicines up to 50% more affordable by partnering with local doctors, labs, and medical stores.

The goal is to simplify healthcare for patients while increasing revenue opportunities for providers through our innovative business model.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach independent doctors, clinics, and small hospitals across Jaipur to explain AidNix benefits and onboard them onto our platform.
  • Explain how AidNix can increase patient footfall and provide easy referrals for labs and home-delivered medicines.
  • Collect doctor's details, license, clinic timings, and consultation fee to ensure first appointment or patient referral is completed.
  • Help list doctors on the AidNix platform and ensure they are able to access our discounted consultation and cashback program.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
