About the Role

Infosys seeks a seasoned HR professional to drive our strategic and consultative approach in executing our vision, culture, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless employee onboarding and assimilation.
  • Foster a positive work environment and protect our organization's culture.
  • Develop and maintain our DC brand in the community and ensure continuous business operations.
  • Promote a high-performance work environment and diversity and inclusivity.
  • Protect our organization's interests and initiate disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Implement DC-wide rewards and recognition programs and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Manage employee grievances, including anti-sexual harassment and workplace concerns.
  • Oversee the Health & Wellness program.
  • Establish robust communication forums to facilitate interactions between management and employees.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 11-17 years of experience in HR.
