
Trade Marketing Specialist

Job Opportunity:
This role is responsible for overseeing the retail presence and activation strategy across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive trade marketing plan, encompassing in-store branding, gondolas/fixtures, testers, planograms, promotions, and seasonal launches.
- Manage the lifecycle of point-of-sale materials (POSM), including design, production, deployment, and audit.
- Coordinate with media and outdoor agencies to drive out-of-home (OOH) and proximity media campaigns around key stores and markets.
- Establish retail visual merchandising standards, conduct field audits, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with sales teams on store activation plans, openings, and monthly priorities.
- Manage trade budgets, negotiate vendor rates, and track return on investment (ROI) per activation.
- Oversee promoter enablement initiatives, including counter displays, visual toolkits, and training inputs.
- Monitor competitive activity and visibility share, providing recommendations for market-driven actions.
- Report weekly on execution, spend versus plan, and impact metrics.
