About the Role:
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the operational effectiveness and compliance knowledge of banking staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs covering core banking operations including account services, payments, trade finance, AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct induction training for new joiners and refresher courses for existing staff.
- Develop training materials such as manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and job aids.
- Collaborate with department heads and SMEs to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and on-the-job performance.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of banking products, operational workflows, risk and compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt training styles to suit different learning needs.
