Job Opportunity:

Training Coordinator/Analyst

 

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and facilitate the delivery of training programs across various domains. This includes evaluating training needs, designing curriculum, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of training.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging training content.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Certification in training design or facilitation.
  • Experience working with diverse audiences and cultures.
