About the PositionThis individual contributor position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training and development, with experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning management systems.
- Responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, designing and delivering effective training programs, overseeing onboarding programs, evaluating training effectiveness, collaborating with department leaders, and tracking training participation.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers to determine training needs.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for associates at all levels.
- Create and manage onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing development for current employees.
- Evaluate training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align training with business objectives.
- Track training participation and maintain accurate records.
- Masters or Post Graduate Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
- Understanding of eCommerce and cross border trade space.
- Certification in training or development.
- Experience in retail or large-scale operations.
- Ability to analyze data and report on training effectiveness.
