Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Training and Development professional to develop and implement functional, leadership, and mid-level management training programs tailored to organizational and employee needs.
Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive training plans that address organizational skill gaps and strategic goals.
* Implement leadership and mentorship programs to nurture high-potential employees and build future leaders.
* Develop and manage training content, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations to identify training needs and align initiatives with business requirements.
* Plan, schedule, and manage training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and optimal resource utilization.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 7 years in Training & Development, with a proven track record of delivering functional, leadership, and mid-level training programs.
* Experience in engaging diverse audiences and fostering participation during training sessions.
* Expertise in content development and management for various training programs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in planning and managing multiple training programs effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
* Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Experience with training evaluation and assessment methods.
