Role OverviewA senior professional is required to lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs for a team.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement structured training initiatives that align with long-term business objectives, ensuring seamless integration across various functions.
  • Provide strategic leadership by mentoring managers and staff, guiding them to drive performance excellence within the training and process coach functions.
  • Ensure the implementation and evolution of quality management practices across training programs, guaranteeing all programs are consistently aligned with organizational goals and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize training and process coaching strategies with broader business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain robust performance tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of training programs on a larger scale, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in training operations, process coaching, or quality management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the industry.
  • Extensive expertise in HCC coding systems and advanced experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of trainers, process coaches, and managers, driving high performance and achieving training objectives.
Expected Qualifications
  1. Strong background in training operations, process coaching, or quality management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful training initiatives.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals.
  3. Advanced knowledge of HCC coding systems and industry trends, enabling informed decision-making and effective program development.
