Job Title: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading and growing our outbound cold-calling motion, focusing on pipeline generation for our fastest-growing segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and achieve new revenue targets for our India mid-market segment, ensuring a steady flow of quality sales-qualified leads (SQLs) for our account executives.
  • Lead a team of outbound BDRs, providing coaching, support, and guidance to help them crush their numbers.
  • Develop and refine our prospecting playbook, including outreach strategies, messaging, cold call scripts, and flows.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and use insights to optimize our operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs/SDRs.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and messaging.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring team members, with a genuine passion for helping others grow and develop.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Outreach, as well as a desire to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Data-driven decision maker, comfortable tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
