Business Partnership Specialist

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a collaborative work environment. As a key member of our team at Adroit Infosystem, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with new and existing partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research to establish meetings with senior-level decision-makers in companies, assess their needs, explain our solutions, qualify prospects, and schedule demos/meetings to initiate the sales process.
- Contribute to the development of competitive sales strategies for deeper market penetration, responsible for executing our overall business plan, lead generation, and meeting revenue targets.
- Key skills required include effective communication, relationship-building, and sales expertise.
- Coordinate with clients to gather information, interact with the team, and conduct regular follow-ups to generate good sales.
- Generate proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
- End-to-end management of RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
