Expert Storage Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Storage Specialist to design and implement scalable storage systems, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement storage systems, including procurement, installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Manage disk shelves, storage reporting, and monitoring tools for standalone and high-availability controllers.
- Configure and manage DR replications using snapmirror and vfilers.
- Provide operational support for file serving and NAS infrastructure, planning and implementing data migrations using Robocopy.
- Experience with operational ticketing systems, such as Service Now, and knowledge of industry good practice frameworks like ITIL and Agile.
- Manage disk, aggregate, Qtree, and volume issues, and check storage critical events.
- Responsible for daily storage tasks, changes, and incidents.
Requirements
Must have experience in designing and implementing storage systems, managing storage environments, and providing technical support. Proficiency in storage technologies, including Netapp, and experience with enterprise process mapping tools and techniques.
