Job Title: Energy Storage Field Specialist

Job Summary:

This role involves providing technical support and guidance to customers for PCS/BESS products. You will be responsible for on-site troubleshooting, spare parts management, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical assistance and support for PCS/BESS product issues
  • Conduct on-site troubleshooting and provide solutions to customers
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience in energy storage industry, preferably with PCS and BESS knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
