Job Role Overview
- Our ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients through strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
- Cross-sell a range of retail banking products, including savings accounts, credit cards, and investment services.
- Drive revenue growth through product penetration and fee income generation.
- Ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption of digital channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree with a focus on commerce or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in finance and insurance (AMFI and IRDA).
- Proven experience in retail banking and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
