Job Title: Regional Administrative Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Regional Administrative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing regional admin activities and operations, as well as overseeing a team of administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete ownership of managing Regional Admin activities/operation & Admin Team
  • Define scope and key performance indicators (KRAs) for team members
  • Communicate and coordinate with management to develop strategic programs and project goals
  • Direct reporting to Zonal Admin Head on day-to-day activities, incident management, etc.
  • Monitor and report key project activities, plans, and progress
  • Manage calls and discussions
  • End-to-end Exam day and non-exam day administrative activities management and team coordination
  • Ensure zero incidents on Exam day related to Admin Services
  • Contribute to recruitment, training, and talent development of team members
  • Define and deploy control and monitoring mechanisms for the Admin Team within the Region
  • Train and develop the Admin Team within the Region
  • Standardize processes at all Exam Venues
  • Regional Vendor Management; support Zonal Head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices
  • Publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to Zonal Admin Head and senior management as needed
  • Serve as the central point of contact for facility-related matters at the regional level
  • Evaluate and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs)/service-level commitments (SLCs) at Exam Venues
  • Oversee partnerships with ViDZ/LISP partners; conduct regular meetings and address audit points
  • Contract management
  • Assist in shortlisting prospective partners/Venues identified by city heads based on defined parameters within the region
  • Maintain and monitor legal compliances for all Venues
  • Prepare and implement contingency/business continuity plans
  • Conduct surprise checks at Exam Venues
  • Manage crisis situations
  • Coordinate and manage manpower agencies
  • Conduct audits of Exam venues
