Job Description

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to support the implementation and maintenance of our billing, revenue, and quote-to-cash platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying these modules, as well as providing ongoing technical support, addressing issues, and optimizing performance.

  • Design and configure platform solutions that meet business needs.
  • Deploy and maintain software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Optimize system performance and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 4+ years working with enterprise software applications.
  • Expertise in at least two of the three Zuora applications: Billing, Revenue, and CPQ.
  • Strong foundation in SQL for data queries and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data handling.
  • Deep understanding of software configurations, workflows, and APIs.

  • Experience with integration teams and data management.
  • Knowledge of report writing and data visualization tools.
